Advent Choral Service on December 8
On Sunday, December 8, the Takoma Park Presbyterian Church Choir with Friends will present a special choral service at 11:00 am.
The featured work will be the canticle, Magnificat – Song of Mary – by Francesco Durante, which was formerly attributed to Giovanni Battista Pergolesi.

Boy Scout Pancake Supper November 9
Takoma Park Presbyterian Church will host Troop 33’s annual Pancake Supper Fundraiser featuring all you can eat pancakes, sausage/veggie sausage, apple sauce, and maple syrup.
We invite you to join the scouts on Saturday, November 9th between 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Don Patti Memorial Gym, at the Takoma Presbyterian Church (310 Tulip Avenue, Takoma Park, MD).
All Saints Day November 3
On Sunday, November 3, TPPC will be celebrating All Saints Day when we remember friends and family who have passed away. Their names will be read from the pulpit and the Deacons will have a table ready to display pictures of loved ones.
Free musical performance at TPPC on October 26
On October 26, violinist Marlisa Woods and pianist Steven Silverman will perform at Takoma Park Presbyterian Church.
Their program includes Gabriel Faure’s luminous A major violin-piano sonata Opus 13, and the D major violin-piano sonata Opus 26 of Dora Pejacevic.
The concert is at 7:30 pm. There is no admission charge, although donations are encouraged.
