Welcome Back Potluck, September 8
To celebrate the beginning of another program year at Takoma Park Presbyterian Church and the return of worship to the regular 11 AM starting time, there will be a Welcome Back Potluck Dinner on Sunday, September 11 starting after worship in the TPPC Assembly Room.
Two Events To Honor Black History Month
Takoma Park Presbyterian Church will host two exciting events in February in honor of Black History Month.

The Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and Talent Show are scheduled for February 13th starting at 6:30 PM in the Church Assembly Room.

There will be two opportunities for prayer and remembrance on December 20th and 21st.

This year’s annual TPPC Bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 4th from 9 AM to 3 PM.

Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and Talent Show on February 21
The Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper and Talent Show are scheduled for February 21st starting at 6:30 PM in the Church Assembly Room.
There will also be a baking contest as part of the festivities.
Memorial Service for Joe Reynolds on February 18
The Takoma Park Presbyterian Church will host a memorial service for our brother in Christ, Joe Reynolds, on Saturday, February 18th starting at 2 PM. The service will be held in the church sanctuary.

Poor People’s Campaign, June 18
On June 18th the Poor People’s and Low Wage Workers Campaign — led by the Reverend William Barber — rallied in Washington and representatives of TPPC joined the call for justice.
Nominations Needed for Church Officers
The Nominating Committee seeks nominations for a Ruling Elder position for the Class of 2022.
Christmas at TPPC, 1944
For Christmas 1944, Takoma Park Presbyterian Church put out a pamphlet listing all the men and women from the church who were in the service. We provide this to remind us of another time when people were forced to spend Christmas far away from loved ones while the world was confronting a deadly, though very different, threat.
